CogniCor was born out of CEO and Co-Founder Dr. Sindhu Joseph’s PhD Thesis on Artificial Intelligence. Their CogniCor’s cognitive digital assistant solution is able to automatically understand a customer’s queries in natural language and generate personalised responses.

During the OCBC FinTech Accelerator, powered by Nest (The Open Vault), CogniCor tested their solution with OCBC Bank’s home loans department. Customers were provided an alternative digital avenue to contact the bank without having to call the customers support centre. The proof-of-concept was a success, showing reduced operational costs through automated resolutions, improved operational efficiencies, and increased client engagement.
