Nest today announced the appointment of Peter Brack as Executive Chairman. Peter Brack will support operational execution and strategy across the business.

Prior to this new appointment, Peter Brack has been intimately involved with Nest as an independent director for over 4 years. Based in Asia for over 20 years, his career to date has spanned an impressive track record, both as an operator and investor. He was the co-founder and CEO of two companies, both of which went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Peter Brack is also a seasoned venture investor, and is a venture partner at Mucker Capital in Los Angeles.
